Find your nearest Zero Hero spot and celebrate responsibly this festive season. Together, let’s make the holidays joyful and safe!

Step 2

Head over to the Zero Hero website to discover all the participating venues near you. Visit as many as you can and make the most of the holiday season!
For every visit where you spend 20€ or more, you'll receive a #ZeroHero #XmasSpirit Lottery Ticket—your chance to win amazing prizes! 🎄✨

Step 3

Enter your lottery ticket number to register.

Step 4

Follow us and the venue where you received your lottery ticket on Instagram, and tag us during your visit.
Make sure to follow us on socials at @ZeroHero and tag us in a post or story while you're enjoying your time at one of our participating venues. The tag must be made at the venue while you are consuming, as this helps us verify your entry.
Be sure to do the same for the venue where you received your ticket, and don’t forget to include the hashtag #XmasSpiritZeroHero to complete your entry!

Step 5

Check your email for confirmation and verify that all your details are accurate. You can enter as many times as you like, provided you meet the lottery requirements for each entry.

Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older. Entry is free of charge.

Register by completing the form available on our website.

Entries will be accepted from 8 December 2024 to 31 January 2025.

Winners will be announced on 4 January 2025 at 4 PM through our website and social media channels.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative items.

Winners will be contacted via email or phone. If a winner does not respond within one month, a new winner will be selected.

Personal data will be used solely for the purposes of the raffle and will not be shared with third parties.

Entries deemed fraudulent or invalid will result in disqualification.

The organiser reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
